Description: The Account Supervisor is a key member of the account management team. The Account Supervisor works across multiple lines of an account developing and executing both interactive and offline solutions which help our clients to grow their business and gain market share. The Account Supervisor partners with the account management team from strategy development to solution delivery. The Account Supervisor ensures that solutions provided are on strategy and meet Wunderman standards and client expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Strategic development and implementation of online and offline campaigns.
· Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients.
· Coordinate production team to drive and execute campaign initiatives.
· Fiscal responsibility for account profitability including client budget, expense reporting, and campaign profits and losses.
· Liaison between the agency and client to establish goals and budget and ensure the receipt of quality, cost-effective solutions.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Comprehensive understanding of online and offline marketing strategies, marketing, media concepts and branding.
· Experience managing interactive marketing campaigns within an agency environment
· Excellent business development and project management skills.
· Strong client facing skills.
· Successful track record managing multiple client assignments.
· Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
· Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including production, media, research and database.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· BA/BS degree required
· Agency / Interactive Marketing and advertising services experience
· Five to seven years of overall experience; three to five years interactive marketing account experience
